Ticket Purchasing

I bought ticket but I didn’t receive any confirmation email. What should I do?

How do I watch the show show after I purchase ticket?

You will receive a confirmation email from “CloudTheatre”. You will find a private access link in that email. Kindly read through the instruction on how to access and doors open time. Our system will remind you via SMS/Email when the doors are open.

Can I pay cash?

No. Only online transaction is allowed. We accept FPX and Credit Card payments.

Can I do bulk purchase?

Yes, you can. After successful purchase, you will receive an email containing your personal link and a number of redemption links. You will have to send the redemption links to your friends and family for them to claim their tickets.

Can I request to change date?

Yes, you can request to change date (if applicable show that have multiple timing). You are required to send in email to us 24 hours prior your show time, together with your following information: email, transaction ID, access code and time that you wish to change.

Can I purchase ticket to enter the door during the show?

Yes, you can purchase the ticket up-to 30 minutes after the show started, however is not encouragable because you will missed out 30 minutes of the show.

Watching the show

Where can I watch the show?

You can watch it on your computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. Just make sure you have a stable Internet connection and log on to www.cloudtheatres.com.

Can I be late?

Yes, but try to be on time. It is like going to the cinema, if you are late, you will not be able to watch it from the beginning.

How do I watch it in full screen mode?

Move your cursor to the bottom right corner of the video and click the expand button to make the video full screen.

How fast do I need my internet to be? to experience CloudTheatre?

To stream videos in HD, at least 5 Mbps is recommended. Visit Fast.com to check your current internet speed.

I have results of 5mpbs and above from Fast.com however I still couldn't load the video.

Can I share my access code to my friend?

Unfortunately, one device per person. You may required to purchase additional ticket for each device you want to connect to.

Can I still visit the show afterward?

No, door will be close in 60 minutes after the show, you are encourage to stay on after the show to chat and mingle with the organiser.
